Even though the zombies had noticed us and were slowly closing in, I had faith…and then he tripped me. I went down hard, and I realized that my ankle was shattered. I wasn’t going anywhere. Now I watch the zombies close in, and the boy with the zombie t-shirt’s plan became all too clear. He would have plenty of time to forage while the swarm was busy feeding.
