I love the holiday season, but like most people, it is a crazy and busy time for our family.It’s easy to get frustrated at this special time of the year, it often exhausts us all before December 25 even arrives. Traditions, a hectic lifestyle and conflicting schedules can steam roll a families good intentions to have a simple holiday season.In order to savour the festive season without wishing for its end, you need to plan ahead. When you take care of the little details in advance, the overall holiday season is much more enjoyable.

We reckon that about 12 weeks before Christmas is when you should start getting ready and to help you I have created this weekly breakdown. Week12: Decide your Christmas budget. Week 11: Organize your mailing addresses for Christmas cards and consider emailing your friends and family. Week 10: Start (or finish!) gift shopping. Week 9: Research ways to donate gifts or time as a family. Week 8: Decide on your holiday dcor, check the decorations you have and list the items to look for in the sales. Week 7: Finalize your holiday calendar, schedule dates and events . Week 6: where your family will celebrate Christmas?. Week 5: Design, buy or order your Christmas cards,stamps and address envelopes . Week 4: Decorate your home for Christmas. Week 3: Make meal plans; batch cook and freeze meals for the next few weeks . Week 2: Make and prepare any food gifts Week 1: Clean the home, prepare for guests or prepare to be a guest

The very first thing you should do is to set a Christmas budget. If you haven’t done this in advance, this task can be challenging, but don’t panic it is still possible, Trust me, you don’t need to rely on credit to have a great Christmas.

When you save a little each month all year, the Christmas season becomes something worth anticipating. Christmas is not an emergency – it falls on December 25 every year, so you know it’s coming. Every family has unique circumstances and spending needs but I obviously advocate keeping Christmas simple and stress free.

Plan what you think your Christmas will cost.Create a simple worksheet to clearly show what you are buying and how much it will cost. Little things can easily add up if you don’t plan for them and you don’t want the debt knocking on your wreath-adorned door when you least expect! Total your spreadsheet line items, and divide it by the months left until December 25th. That’s the amount you need to save starting this month to meet your Christmas budget.

So what happens If That Number is Scary? Choose to embrace a Christmas of simplicity to fit your budget. If you have children, you could get them to help make home-made Christmas decorations, it’s a great family activity and will save you lots of money. Look for offers and compare prices before you buy. Never pick the first thing you find. If you are still short of cash, there are lots of businesses that advertise for seasonal jobs this could give you an extra income with no commitment after the festive season.

And last but by no means least if you haven’t started to save for this Christmas start saving for next year. If you start in January saving a little a month it will feel like nothing and you won’t have to rely onany credit cards!

A Clockwork Orange Is An Interesting Movie To Say The Least

Some movies are about love and romance, others are about heartbreak over failure with regards to success, A Clockwork Orange is about neither. For this film focuses on the violent acts of a futuristic gang led by a lad that goes by the name of Alex and his options later, once his actions became known. In addition, these crimes are brutally violent, especially for such a long running film.

For, as when one watches the colorful criminality, racist and sexist themes within the movie, one must decide for oneself how one feels about the appropriate penalties such a person deserves, both on screen and off. For, sadly the events of this movie play out every day around the planet due to the rise in gang activity in many cities around the world. Therefore, while this movie portrays a slightly futuristic aspect with regards to such brutal criminal gangs, similar crimes remain on the rise today.

As a matter of fact, sometimes individuals have asked if this movie has had an impact on the development and popularity of gangs. However, as Al Capone can attest, gangs were around long before A Clockwork Orange. So, while no is the most likely answer, this does not mean that other criminally minded individuals may not use the images and plot in a negative way with regards to such behavior.

Still, this movie has a lot more to teach one about the role of Karma and gangs when one can stay with the movie and follow the plot. For, when one begins to see a dramatic reversal in the lead character, one can almost envision how the next days of his life are going to play out. As, one can quickly see, the character is going to be reconnecting with a few people from his present life, people he may not want to reconnect with based on crimes committed before experimental treatment had been completed.

Regardless, this movie is one which many people try to analyze over and again in relation to the characters and whether Alex, the lead, is either good or evil, whether he is a victim or a villain. For, while the crimes which his gang committed were brutal, others have also indicated that the individuals administering the program beyond his will along with their tactics is clearly torture. Which do you believe? For, only oneself can answer such a questioned based on their own ideologies behind good and evil or right and wrong.

As for Karma, as with any other ideology or religion today, there are many who believe and many who do not. For those that believe however, many see an extremely strong correlation between Karma and events in this film. However, when considering the effects of Karma, one may also want to consider that Karma can also provide great gifts to those who attempt a generous, good and gracious life as well as providing lessons to those who do not.

One can also look at different methods in which the movie can effect one in their personal life. One such way the film does so is by returning Alex to his past. Again and again, he encounters the victims he left behind before going to jail and being transferred to treatment. Thus, always returning Alex back to a time in the past. Something, not a lot of people enjoy, even those who have not been involved in crimes against those with whom relationships have ended.

To this end, there are a lot of valuable lessons which can be learn from A Clockwork Orange about crime, gangs and Karma, all of which play a vital role in the universal laws of reality. For, whether one believes in Karma or not, generally one gets back the energy one gives out. To this end, most individuals have good and bad days. However, it is those individuals who take it to the next level and take their frustrations out on the innocent which are the ones most commonly effected by Karma and other such ideologies.

Opera Glasses, A Grand Way To Observe All The Action On Stage From Far Away

Opera Glasses are similar to binoculars but they are made for being able to see performances on stage. In old opera houses seats placed in balconies that were subsequently cheaper were very far away from the stage. In some they were so far away on the figures could be seen from that distance but seeing facial features, and thus part of the acting, was impossible to make out. Vintage and modern opera glasses make a wonderful gift for those that go to the theater, opera or ballet on a regular basis.
