Quite often planners (mostly new managers) will have friendly relationships with certain employees that they feel may deteriorate if they act like they should. It is important to realize that they have a job to do and that their friendship needs to come second.
A nice and friendly environment also helps prevent bogus lawsuits and claims. People are much less likely to martyr themselves against you or blame you for things that happen when they like you but if you create an environment where you are not respected they may not work hard for you and make make too many mistakes.
As the project that you are planning develops, the best thing to do is to unite your employees over a common enemy (goal). You can do this by pinpointing problems that need to be fixed and gain enthusiasm.
Finally, you will need to show your staff that they can and should follow your example. Set the bar high by being a picture of perfection for them to follow and you will have many more successful events.

Steps For A Do-It-Yourself LED Softbox

Cut another strip, this time into a 20 mm by the length of the flash head. Mark, score, and fold the strip. Make sure that the flash head fits into it. Glue all the strips together to make the unit’s flash head mount.
Make the laterals of the unit by drawing on the mounting card. The angle of how the sides are put will be determined by the mount and the output size. Make sure that the output will look something like some bug cover.
Cut the sides with an added ten millimeters on it. The additional millimeters are needed on the sides too. This is the part where the diffuser shall be glued on. Allow to dry.
Connect the sides one made into the flash head mount. Make sure that the white side of the card is facing the inside of the unit. Put the packaging tape along the seams to make it more stable. Attach the diffusing film into the ledge of the homemade LED softbox.
